How long does shipping take and what are the costs?

We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days and express shipping which takes 1-2 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over $75. For orders below this amount, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy for fashion items?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and swimwear cannot be returned.

How do I find the right size for me?

Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. Since fit can vary between brands, we recommend checking the 'Size & Fit' section for model measurements and fit recommendations (e.g., true to size, oversized, or slim fit).

Are the colors of the clothing accurate to the photos?

We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to different monitor settings and lighting environments, there may be slight variations in the actual color of the garment.
